Missing kernel forward in linux-raspberrypi4-5.4.35-1-armv7h

After update to linux-raspberrypi4-5.4.35-1-armv7h kernel port forwarding is not working any more. All packages are up to date and all working fine except forward rules with iptables. When downgrading only the Kernel to version installed before, port forward works well again. So must be to do with the kernel istself.
