hi,
since the last alsa update is the name for the audio 3,5mm jack Headphones not "PCM" anymore, may you need to check your alsa settings.
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'aplay -l')
on my system I got this message:
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '
**** List of PLAYBACK Hardware Devices ****
card 0: b1 [bcm2835 HDMI 1], device 0: bcm2835 HDMI 1 [bcm2835 HDMI 1]
Subdevices: 4/4
Subdevice #0: subdevice #0
Subdevice #1: subdevice #1
Subdevice #2: subdevice #2
Subdevice #3: subdevice #3
card 1: Headphones [bcm2835 Headphones], device 0: bcm2835 Headphones [bcm2835 Headphones]
Subdevices: 3/4
Subdevice #0: subdevice #0
Subdevice #1: subdevice #1
Subdevice #2: subdevice #2
Subdevice #3: subdevice #3
')
to bring my 3,5mm jack to work again I changed my default alsa setting to according on this page
https://learn.adafruit.com/usb-audio-cards-with-a-raspberry-pi/updating-alsa-config$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '
defaults.ctl.card 1
defaults.pcm.card 1
')
this change work for me on omxplayer, chromium, cmus...
good luck
