[gitea] Please build Gitea with the "bindata" flag

I'm unable to start versions newer than 1.11.5-1 because they are not built with the "bindata" flag anymore.
You can check the flag by running `gitea -v`, the output should look like this:
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'Gitea version 1.14.0 built with GNU Make 4.3, go1.13.8 : sqlite, pam')
