[rng-tools?] /usr/lib64/opensc-pkcs11.so

I spotted the following error in my journalctl:

rngd[269]: [pkcs11]: PKCS11 Engine /usr/lib64/opensc-pkcs11.so Error: No such file or directory

I don't have a /usr/lib64 on my RPI2b.
But I can also not find the package that should own this file. ("pacman -Qo opensc..." found nothing)

How can I tell the package that expects this file? I found a link that suggested it am from rng-tools (which I have installed):
