[Bug][iputils] iputils-20200821-1-armv7h hangs on getrandom

Hi,

The latest package of iputils (iputils-20200821-1-armv7h) does not work as it hangs on 100% CPU when calling `ping <host>`.

Running `strace ping <host>` produces the following output:
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '
[...]
clock_gettime(CLOCK_REALTIME, {tv_sec=1602069730, tv_nsec=192831097}) = 0
getpid() = 593
getuid32() = 0
getrandom(0xbeb25880, 4, GRND_NONBLOCK) = -1 ENOSYS (Function not implemented)
clock_gettime(CLOCK_REALTIME, {tv_sec=1602069730, tv_nsec=193359101}) = 0
getpid() = 593
getuid32() = 0
getrandom(0xbeb25880, 4, GRND_NONBLOCK) = -1 ENOSYS (Function not implemented)
clock_gettime(CLOCK_REALTIME, {tv_sec=1602069730, tv_nsec=193885106}) = 0
getpid() = 593
getuid32() = 0
getrandom(0xbeb25880, 4, GRND_NONBLOCK) = -1 ENOSYS (Function not implemented)
clock_gettime(CLOCK_REALTIME, {tv_sec=1602069730, tv_nsec=194409110}) = 0
getpid() = 593
getuid32() = 0
getrandom(0xbeb25880, 4, GRND_NONBLOCK) = -1 ENOSYS (Function not implemented)
[...]')

When downgrading back to iputils-20190709-3-armv7h the command works as expected.
Also when running on a non-ARM machine (iputils-20200821-1) it works as expected, too.

Kernel of both maschines:
ARM: Linux chibi 3.10.107-4-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Thu Mar 26 05:01:42 UTC 2020 armv7l GNU/Linux
non-ARM: Linux yuffie 5.8.13-arch1-1 #1 SMP PREEMPT Thu, 01 Oct 2020 20:40:35 +0000 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Hi there,
I just want to bump this thread as the problem still persists after one month and there are no new updates or replies yet.

Anyone experiences the same problem/can confirm this?
Or should I try to report this elsewhere?

Any help is much appreciated.
