freez with gdm when awaken from suspend

Suspend and awakening use to work on my pinebook pro with gnome and gdm. Since the 3.38 updates, it is broken : i still can suspend, but when awakening it freezes and i can only hard reboot the laptop. With lightdm and gnome, everything works, and even if i downgrade the gdm package to the last 3.36 version it freezes. I have no idea where to find something (/var/log/gdm is empty…).
