Rebuild PostGIS after upgrade of PostGreSQL

The PostGIS extension needs to be build against the used version of PostGresql.

As PostGreSQL is upgraded from 12.# to 13.1, the PostGIS package needs to be rebuild against this major version. Last

Rebuilding myself, using de PKGBUILD from the repo went like a breeze, but it would be nice to have it updated alongside the upgrade of PostGreSQL from the official channels...
