The latest build of package of python-anyio for aarch64 has version number 0.0.0. The directory in site-packages reads "anyio-0.0.0-py3.9.egg-info" and the "Version" section in "PKG-INFO" is also 0.0.0.

Can confirm. This problem surfaces when one is trying to run jupyter-lab.

As as workaround, you can get python-anyio's PKGBUILD from upstream Archlinux, build it and install like an AUR package.

Can confirm this issue. The jupyter server is unusable due to this bug.
However, changing the version line in "/usr/lib/python3.9/site-packages/anyio-0.0.0-py3.9.egg-info/PKG-INFO" to 2.1.0 manually will fix this issue.
