[exa] is outdated

The last build was 0.9.0 from March 2021, main Arch version is 0.10.1 from Feb 2022

Latest exa can't be built, because missing pandoc as I already mentioned here because pandoc can't be built too. So much dependencies can't be built out of the box (need patches).

I have no idea how the build for Arch ARM packages works but pandoc is only required to build the 2 man page files. The latest release `exa` binary builds fine using cargo on ARM. Is it not possible in some way to copy those 2 built man page files (e.g. from a x86_64 build host) to the ARM package?

I was able to build exa on my machine a month ago.

The pandoc I have is the pandoc-bin package from the AUR
