I just started using linux I have been trying to get a working version of blender on my chromebook 10e for days. I Reset my linux app or what ever before trying to get blender from this site it is debian 10 buster.
https://archlinuxarm.org/packages/aarch64/blender
I updated unpacked the tar file found the file with blender and ran cd <file>
Then ./blender and got the above mentioned error.
"uname -m" gives back aarch64 which is the same architecture from the site page I found. Most other methods seem to not work primarily because I have an abnormal processor. It's a MediaTek 8183 so I was hoping this would work.
I have seen a post on here about the same error appearing for an older version of blender but the description of how it was fixed was completely unclear to me.
Are there certain commands or steps I'm missing? And will my hardware be an issue anyway?
Thanks for the time.
