bash violates FHS

In my case it happens when I switch to a ramfs while modifying the device containing the rootfs, I copy /lib /bin /sbin /etc /dev and other necessary files to ramfs and chroot to it, using busybox is an option too, but that is where I noticed the problem, so it is not critical.
