bluefish crashes on load

Raspberry Pi 3+ running Arch 32bit (same on Pi 4 running 64bit Manjaro)
Latest update of bluefish: bluefish-2.2.13-1-armv7h has missing files:

I contacted the developers and, upon their suggestion, built this failing version from source and ran GNU debugger, producing a log, which led them to produce the fix, which I have built with and tested.

I assume they will alert and provide the modified css-rules.bfinc
