zeromq split in Arch

Hello,
They recently split zeromq in zeromq and cppzmq in Archlinux Extra.

As consequence I cannot build some packages that are depending on the new cppzmq.

For now removing the dependency works in Archlinux ARM, since our zeromq is old enough to still contains the headers, but I guess more and more packages will show problems.
