dhcpcd 10.0.4-1 issue

dhcpcd 10.0.4-1 service exited with an error: dhcpcd_fork_cb: truncated read 0 (expected 4) with version 10.0.3-1 there is no such problem with version 10.0.3-1. Also on ArchLinux x86 dhcpcd 10.0.4-1 works fine.
