[core/glibc] Outdated

The x86_64 ArchLinux seems to have glibc 2.38, but glibc in archlinux arm is still 2.35 now, which is outdated. It causes problems for me to use fakechroot from termux to chroot in archlinux arm (glibc edition not matched)
