gnome-control-center crashes on ARM (pineTab2)

I installed gnome on PineTab2. All works nice except that I cannot enter gnome-control-center
Sometimes it launches with left panel (categories) visible and right panel empty, it tries to load the right part for 3-5 seconds and it crashes all together.

I tried
rm -rf ~.config/gtk*
but no change.
