[epson-inkjet-printer-escpr] outdated (removal request)

The package epson-inkjet-printer-escpr 1.6.38-1 in extra is way outdated.

Since there is a very well maintained and regularly updated package epson-inkjet-printer-escpr 1.8.3-1 in the AUR I'd suggest removing this package from the repo extra.

The package in the AUR can be built and run with armv7h and aarch64.

Newer printer models aren't supported by this old driver but by the newer ones.
