ffmpeg-rpi needs to be rebuilt

When running full system update, transaction fails due to ffmpeg-rpi dependency on libvpx.so=8-64 but latest libvpx provides (if I remember correctly) libvpx.so=9-64.

I have rebuilt ffmpeg-rpi manually with PKGBUILD and it seems to be working properly with libvpx.so 9, though I had to disable generation of html documentation due to some issue with texinfo (seemake_clickable_callback(MAGIC_URL_FULL, ' ', 'https://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/slackware-14/ffmpeg-compile-error-4175730203/', '', ' class="postlink"'))
