[cockpit] Cockpit package(s) is out of date

I noticed that the cockpit package and it's related packages ( e.g. cockpit-pcp ) are on 300.1-1 and are outdated ( Released September 2023 ). Can the ALARM team please upgrade them to a newer version ( 312-1 just came out ).
