[glibc] package is outdated, should be upgraded to 2.39-1

The upstream has already updated to 2.39-1. [url]https://archlinux.org/packages/core/x86_64/glibc[/url]

Version 2.35-5.1 currently in the repositories is therefore vastly outdated.

The reason why package glibc is not updated may due to the noautobuild flag in PKGBUILD [url]https://github.com/archlinuxarm/PKGBUILDs?tab=readme-ov-file#noautobuild[/url].

It's not so much that someone forgot, it's more that this project has 'sort of' become abandoned (though not officially), and the future looks uncertain. I'm hanging on and hoping, but I'm also preparing to move to another distro if need be.
