no glx, mesa tries to find llvm16-libs

After update mesa to 1:24.0.2-1 and llvm-libs to 17.0.6-2 glxinfo prints "Error: couldn't find RGB GLX visual or fbconfig" and in logs i can find errors like this: "MESA-LOADER: failed to open rockchip: libLLVM-16.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory (search pats /usr/lib/dri, suffix _dri)".
and llvm16-libs not in packages, unlike llvm14-libs and llvm15-libs
