[pacman 6.1.0] failing to build with makepkg on armv7l

ive posted on the yay repo and then on the pacman bug tracking page. but im not sure if this is a packaging issue since it appears to be a configuration issue for makepkg.

After the last update on pacman on the archlinuxarm distribution. building with makepkg fails on armv7l (Raspberry pi) This is not only for yay, i tried building ps3netdev which fail in a similar way.

I think a change in makepkg.conf has broken building packages on this architecture.

I have temporarily fixed it working with the old makepkg.conf from 6.0.1
