Add libmd to dhcpcd dependencies

Title. Fought "dhcpcd: error when loading shared libraries: libmd.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory" during install. Installing libmd fixed the issue, however it should be a dependency so it will not break unsuspecting users installs after rebooting after upgrading system.
