rng-tools 6.17-2 (rngd) broken

ldd /usr/bin/rngd | grep not
librtlsdr.so.2 => not found

librtlsdr.so.2.0.1 is what's provided by rtl-sdr now.

Symlinking librtlsdr.so.2 -> librtlsdr.so.2.0.1 gets it working for now.
