chromium still links against icu 75

Chromium does not start anymore due to
/usr/lib/chromium/chromium: error while loading shared libraries: libicui18n.so.75: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

That is because arch arm refuses to update chromium for months. We have let them know, they know, but they say new builds fails etc. Some people have succesfully built chromium for their personal computers using arch arm. So i don't really know what the issue is.

I am using the "flatpak" version of chromium which is up to date. But of course, i would have prefered to use the native pacman version, if it was up to date.
