[qbittorent-nox] depends on previous icu

Hello,

QBitTorrent-Nox stopped launching, it seems to be built againt previous icu libs. Can it be rebuilt?

I just tried the -1.1 and I get the same error. It is looking for libicui 76 whereas the available one is 78 :?

It's qt6-headless, my bad. fix in the works.
