[RESOLVED] HELP! Pacman gone?!

Sorry for the n00b question here! I had a power outage, pogoplug came back up, booted to "stock" os (happens after a full outage where HD spins down) logged in, rebooted. Decided to look into Calibre, did a pacman -Syu asked to upgrade pacman. I said ok. Then power browned out again, repeated process. (was reassured by power company that the issue was solved) was able to get in, did pacman -Sy calibre and got -bash: pacman: command not found
No idea whats going on! Any help is appreciated!

Solved it, thought Id update just in case anyone else was as dumb as me. I was able to reinstall from the cache, thankfully I hadnt cleared pacman cache lately.
