kernel linux-imx6-3.14.69-1 not booting on cubox

Hello, I have recently upgraded from kernel 3.14.58-1-ARCH running cubox-ipro 4x4 to latest linux-imx6-3.14.69-1, but new kernel does not boot.
This is visible on serial console, after that nothing further happens:

Any ideas what could be the issue or how to find out more?

Try copying the dtb file from /boot/dtbs into /boot
Did you update pkg uboot-cubobi? The env with that points to right place

Thanks pepedog, I have tried copying the dtbs to /boot, but it have not helped.

my U-Boot version is 2013.10-rc4

I have run the pacman -Syu recently.
I'm not sure if it's important but my system is running from e-sata drive, while u-boot and kernel are loaded from the mmc card - I am copying manually contents of real (OS) /boot to /boot on SD card after kernel upgrades (except uEnv.txt) .

Here is the console output with previous kernel which boots fine:

Strange. I see DTB is loaded in both cases so it should work.
