Pogoplug Cant Boot USB

After a long time i want to work again with my pogoplug, but its dosnt boot the usb drive.
i tested it with a 4gb and 2 gb stick.

What can i do to bring it back to the default?

This is a pogoplug v3, and the kernel for this is very old. This will cause issues with newer libraries.

As for this failure, please note that it appears your root partition is actually -not- ext3 as far as that kernel can tell. Please check the filesystem.

How can i get the ext3 filessystem on the storage?

I only have a win10 system.

EDIT: How can i reinstall a new Version of ArchLinux via Serial Port, whitout starting a running system from the storage?
