mtest (Memory Test) Command

Postby engineer1496 » Fri Aug 28, 2020 7:46 am

Hello all
I am new to UBOOT as well as new to this forum. Hope this forum will help me.
I am working on a custom built board based on NXP's T1042. I have multiple boards out of which on one board kernel is crashing at a point giving an error that unable to handle kernel paging request at 0x00000104. Somebody suggested me to check working of RAM through mtest command in uboot. When I run this command, the result are a complete disaster. I always got 1's Complement of what is expected for example I got 0x012345678 expected 0xFEDCBA987.
I have multiple boards and all are working except one. However the mtest results are same on all the boards.

Can anyone help me what might be the issue?
