Kernels with rfkill enabled?

Hoi,

I am trying to use a USB wifi stcik (zd1211rw) as an AP.
Therefore I wanted to us hostapd.

But it fails with
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'rfkill: Cannot open RFKILL control device')
because /dev/rfkill is missing.

The reason is:
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '# gunzip -c /proc/config.gz | grep RFKILL
# CONFIG_RFKILL is not set')

Are there kernels with RFKILL enabled out there?
