Watchdog reset hangs micro sd

hello,
i have some issues related to microsd, when the watch dog reset happens, processor gets a reset and inturn, the microsd gets hanged, some analysis was done ,and found that when microsd is doing some operation and processor is reset, the microsd will be reinitialised, but this operation doesnot reset the microsd.
has anyone encountered such issue and any fix for the same
