[Kernel panic] Kernel 3.2 on Beagleboard C4

Hi,

I'm porting the kernel 3.2.6 to Beagleboard C4 and I'm having a problem in the boot.
Always after "Freeing init memory" occurs "Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init!" and I don't know what do.

The board works with Android 2.2 and works fine with Kernel 2.6.29. I'm porting to a new Kernel because the kernel 2.6.29 don't have cpufreq.

Anybody have some idea how solve this?
