Could I install Arch on it?
With some research I have found that indeed, many different distros work on android. The problem is: its a chroot and thats resource intensive. The only information that seemed close was the meego/maemo/mer/nemo debacle, and obviously with arch I could build from ground up and preserve what little resources this thing has.
I have a phone here (lg ally... it's nothing special) and it has no need to be a functioning phone anymore... is it possible to do an ACTUAL install on this rickety little handheld joke? I am willing to wreck it in the attempt and my final goal would be: Arch with openbox or maybe LXDE if everything is going good... and some emulators etc.
I am ready to learn and know there will be some ridicule for my ignorance on this matter... no biggy
