As it becomes available for linux, we'll work on having it. The A10's also use Mali 400 GPUs

Looks like my ODROID-X will ship in the next few days. Cant wait to get Arch on it and use it as my Application platform.

Ive survived with Arch on the Goflex-Net for the last 12months, however the CPU just cant handle the high speed NAS IO, Sickbead, SABNZB, CouchPotato and a Crashplan backup target. hehehehehe

My GoFlex will go back to just being a CIFS server, and the ODROID-X will be the workhorse (running headless) running the various python apps.

Happy to test the ODROID-X if needed :D

Would this have enough juice to transcode video in realtime?

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('Socaltom', 'W')ould this have enough juice to transcode video in realtime?
Tom

I don't know if it is just me, but using mplayer and a 25fps 1024x720 mp4 the fps is about half of what it should be.
Update:
Using vlc it plays as expected.

Debug port

Postby wasswart » Sat Sep 22, 2012 2:48 am

Hi,

1. Is it possible to have an ODROID-X thread at the same level as the other devices or is ODROID-X still community supported?

2. I can't login on the debug port, login over ssh is fine.
I get the INIT: Id "s0" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes message on the console output.

[SOLVED]
The console is /dev/ttySAC1
I changed the ttyO2 in /etc/inittab and /etc/securetty to ttySAC1, and is now working.
