[iConnect] Usb sound card playback on just one channel

Postby janitux » Mon Sep 24, 2012 1:47 am

Hi, i'm trying to build an upnp mediarender server and ran with this issue with the usb sound card.
This is the info of the usb sound card (Uses the snd_usb_audio kernel module):

lsusb:
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'Bus 001 Device 006: ID 1130:f211 Tenx Technology, Inc. TP6911 Audio Headset')
amixer:
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '
[root@alarm ~]# amixer
Simple mixer control 'PCM',0
Capabilities: pvolume pswitch pswitch-joined
Playback channels: Front Left - Front Right
Limits: Playback 0 - 13568
Mono:
Front Left: Playback 13095 [97%] [61.15dB] [on]
Front Right: Playback 13095 [97%] [61.15dB] [on]
Simple mixer control 'Mic',0
Capabilities: cvolume cvolume-joined cswitch cswitch-joined
Capture channels: Mono
Limits: Capture 0 - 6096
Mono: Capture 0 [0%] [0.00dB] [on]
')
speaker-test doesn't show any weird output, it just plays trought the left playback channel:
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '
[root@alarm ~]# speaker-test -t wav -c 2

speaker-test 1.0.26

Playback device is default
Stream parameters are 48000Hz, S16_LE, 2 channels
WAV file(s)
Rate set to 48000Hz (requested 48000Hz)
Buffer size range from 2048 to 16384
Period size range from 1024 to 1024
Using max buffer size 16384
Periods = 4
was set period_size = 1024
was set buffer_size = 16384
0 - Front Left
1 - Front Right
')
Even tried to play a stream with mpg123 (mpg123 http://pub5.di.fm:80/di_clubdubstep), and nothing.
I tried the sound card on my laptop with debian and is working perfectly, the speakers are ok too.

I don't really know what's the problem, could you give me a hand please?
