Right on. Thanks for the info. I was able to clone the 250gb drive to the 1tb drive and it seams to boot up and everything.

Still cant get the return to stock option to work. when I run fw_setenv bootcmd 'run to_stock' I get "Cannot parse config file: Invalid argument"

One part im still a little confused about is if archlinuxarm is installed on the left drive then how would I create a raid1 array that uses both drives? Wont create an array delete the data on them after I format the new array thus deleting archlinuxarm from the left drive?

Are you still working on the updated kirkwood kernel? Where would I get it from? :)

As I am clearly new to Archlinux is there any other web based admin panels that will work with archlinuxarm other than webmin? I have used ajenti before and like the interface but cant tell if I can install it on arm or not? I found something called PlugUI but cant really figure out how to get that installed.

EDIT: I was able to reboot to stock zyxel firmware. I have to edit /etc/fw_env.config not /etc/fw_env.cfg.

Kernel is in the repository (linux-kirkwood).
Commits: https://github.com/archlinuxarm/PKGBUIL ... x-kirkwood
If you are wondering which commits are included in the kernel in the repository compare _basekernel and pkgrel in the PKGBUILD to the version you see in the repo.

Like a small child with bright eyes I was downloading the NSA325 image. It's booting up to the login. But unfortunately the nasty watchdog-timer is still doing his terrible work.

First of all thanks a lot for investigation all this stuff.

Some boot messages:
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '[ 0.000000] Linux version 3.11.4-3-ARCH (nobody@) (gcc version 4.7.2 (GCC) ) #1 PREEMPT Tue Oct 8 19:08:42 CDT 2013
[ 0.000000] CPU: Feroceon 88FR131 [56251311] revision 1 (ARMv5TE), cr=00053977
[ 0.000000] CPU: VIVT data cache, VIVT instruction cache
[ 0.000000] Machine: ZyXEL NSA320 2-Bay Power Media Server
...
[ 15.279588] rtc-mv rtc-mv: internal RTC not ticking
[ 15.284780] orion_wdt: Initial timeout 21 sec')
So it's still recognized as NSA320. Ok, that's not the problem. But the watchdog-timer is set to 21 seconds, which is working quite reliable. :(

Edit:
Found a post in this thread, which solved the problem. Had to set the arcNumber to 4495. Now it seems to work.

Thanks Warhead. Love you. :D

No clue what's going on with the right drive... When you get the serial cable hooked up and figure out the problem, let us know too. I'm curious~ :geek:
