ASUS Transformers TF300T - running x-server with fb console

Hello! I am working to get running Arch on my TF300T, I have found a way to full enable the framebuffer console, unfortunately this brakes the x-server (it starts for 1s the crashes). Here is full x-server log:

Hope some one can help me here. Without fb console the x-server runs fine, but the fb-console is really usefully for debugging.
