NSA320 RAID still enabled after ARCH install ?

I'm searching for NAS with RAID.

I've already a goflex home using arch (loving it!) and the 320 make the trick.

But with the system installed on the first HDD, does the raid still working after arch or debian install ?

dm/lvm raid should work just fine.
