ALARM on ARMv7 android phone RANDR issue

Hello, I would like to ask if somebody has managed to get RANDR(Xlib extension) running while using tighvnc on an ARMv7 device/phone?

I was looking for it the whole time but cannot seem to find any solutions.

Can anybody clarify the situation?
