HDMI Display for Odroid X2

Postby bontorhumala » Mon Jul 08, 2013 4:07 pm

Hello, I am running Arch Linux ARM in Odroid X2 board from hardkernel. I can boot Arch Linux and ssh/serial to the board. Now, I am interested to view the Arch Linux GUI using HDMI from the board.

I am following the steps in http://archlinuxarm.org/platforms/armv7/samsung/odroid-x2, but failed when entering $this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'pacman -S odroid-x-hdmi'). I search the package in Arch Linux repository, and I cannot find it. Anybody knows workaround for this? Thanks!

pacman -Su linux-odroid-x2
Is what you want
Look at U2 install advanced tab for special xorg.conf file, you might have to try a different /dev/fbX device though
