NSA325v2 Doesn't boot

Postby KristofDM » Fri Nov 28, 2014 2:59 pm

Hi

I tried to install ALARM on my NSA325v2 but I think something went wrong with my HDD. All LEDs are off (except the blue one).
When I connected my HDD to my PC and tried to mount it, it gave me an error about the partitions.
My serial cable is on his way so I can return to stock as soon as I get it, but for now I'm curieus if it is possible to pre-install ALARM on the hdd?
And if yes, will it boot?

You can,
Here is a previous post on the same issue

You will need access to a linux machine ( booting from a Linux CD can work)

That was the answer I needed :).
The sh.2 file on the USB stick contains everything you need.

Thanks!
