Among other things, OpenSSH 7.0 defaults increase root login security by prohibiting root login with a password. This requires us to change how we construct our root filesystems for initial installations.
All root filesystems now have a normal user account added named "alarm" with the password "alarm" for first login over SSH. The default root account password remains unchanged ("root"), but you will not be able to SSH as root without changing your SSH configuration.
