pkgfile

pkgfile returns 404's for all the .files files no matter which mirror I use. Is anyone else seeing this? Should I file a bug? Thanks.

This may be because we aren't necessarily creating .files

Heads up: pacman -Qo & pacman -Ql

Actually, I must have been looking at a different terminal. It obviously won't work as long as the .files aren't generated.

I appreciate your suggestion of pacman -Qo and pacman -Ql. However, unless I've missed something, those commands don't help much when I'm trying to find a package that provides a file I don't currently have installed.
