Freeze while updating

Hi, I'm here again.
This time, while pacman was running, Pi freezed so I had to force poweroff.
Unfortunately it was stuck to linux packet for kernel, the image in /boot dir was gone so I had to manually load it back again.
The problem is that I got the same problem just like that time I tried to recompile, i.e. no module loaded so no way to use keyboard; I tried to manually put them in usr (just like it was in kernel packet) but lib folder gets deleted at boot.
So, where am I supposed to put the modules folder?

I think you would be firefighting other problems and suggest redo card, update again, and sync before reboot

I'd like to fix the actual system.
At the moment, if I try to put the content from lib folder from linux packet in lib folder in SD partition, it gets deleted too.
Where am I supposed to put it then?
