Golang on Pi

Postby teachop » Thu Mar 28, 2013 12:59 am

I set up an SD card from scratch, resized it, and then pacman -Syu. Installed "go" with pacman. It faults out "SIGILL: illegal instruction" when I try to execute "go version" or "go help" etc. Is this working for anybody?

Not that I am going to leave it this way... I pacman -Rs'ed go off the Pi, cloned the source from Google and built it. It doesn't crash. Just an experiment to see if it would run.
