set options for root directory mount

Postby serons » Sat May 04, 2013 5:05 pm

There's no line for the root directory in my /etc/fstab. How is the root directory mounted and how can options be changed for it?

The rootfs is mounted due to the kernel commandline, or by a script in the initramfs. Of course it doesn't need a line in fstab, as fstab is inside the rootfs.
