Seems to be missing and I have cycled through all of the US mirrors followed by a `pacman -Syy` ... what am I missing?

That package has failed to build for months, and the maintainer has neglected to fix it and submit a working PKGBUILD. It will be getting thrown out of the github repo very soon if it's not fixed.

OK. That makes sense. I too couldn't get it to build. Guess the libpng15.so.15 rebuild tripped it. Thanks.
