No Ethernet connection

Postby bouni » Sun Feb 23, 2014 11:04 am

Hi,

i have a Problem with my Raspberry Pi running Arch (headless). It worked well for the last few weeks, but i had to unplug it yesterday and now it does not get an IP.
The LED's are blinking as usual, when i put the SD Crad into my notebook i can not find any file system issues.
It seems that the RPi boots normal but for some reason it does not connect to the network.
On the web interface of my router i only see that it recognizes that a device is connected to the LAN Port.

Can anybody give me a hint how to see whats wrong? Unfortunately i don't have a HDMI cable to see whats going on :-/

Thanks
bouni

Use composite cable instead then? :| Any TV since over 25 years ago should have a composite input.
