$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('pepedog', 'T')hat looks like a world record?

Not sure about that, i am sure there are a few more tweaks that can be made, also want to test with 3.8.8 kernel

there is a good thread on archlinux forums for systemd tweaking, i will see if i can get the link

Very good!
That's not a boot from a SDcard or is it?

mikebuzz, this looks quite good. Would you mind sharing some of your tweaks with us? I noticed that netcfg or netctl don't appear in your data. I suppose in your case this is replaced by ddclient? With netctl I'm down to about 12s boot time. I found this article http://freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/systemd/Optimizations that suggests some systemd optimization, but haven't found time yet to see what might apply to the RPi.

Yep class 10 sd card, I will post up all my changes from standard if I can remember them all, I am just about to setup another RPi so will use that as a test bed

Give me the weekend and I will update come Monday as will get time to setup a second box to test some more tweaks, I will also post up and links that I have found useful, think most tweaks came from arch forums
